$175 includes the starting dose of 0.25mg weekly injections for 4 weeks. You must qualify which will be determined by a free health assessment done virtually or in person. Basic labs within the last year are required. Labs can be done be us for $60 or by your primary doctor. The medication is patient specific and can be picked up from our office. Direct shipping to your home is available for an an additional charge.
