Not all men will qualify for Testosterone treatment. If your testosterone is not low or  have a history of prostate cancer, you will not be a candidate for testosterone treatment. Some other health conditions may require a clearance letter from your doctor. 

Required but patient may bring in a copy of recent lab work to avoid fee.

( It does include checking cholesterol so it is best to be fasting but it is not required.)

We do not file with your medical insurance but if you feel your insurance will cover labs, we can place and order through Quest. Quest will bill your insurance for you. You will be responsible for any co-insurance or deductibles which could possibly be more that our self-pay price.
